By using Blackjack Smack, you agree to these terms.
What This Is
This is a free blackjack game for entertainment only. No real money, no real gambling, just cards.
You can optionally purchase premium features for a one-time fee.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 13, you can still play anonymously without creating an account.
Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. Don't share your password, don't let others use your account.
We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, cheat, or abuse the service. We don't have to give you a warning first.
Premium Features
You can purchase premium features for a one-time payment.
Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your payment information.
No refunds: Premium features are non-refundable digital goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you'll receive immediate access and waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund.
What you get: Premium features are tied to your account. If you delete your account, you lose access to premium features. If you issue a chargeback or refund through your payment provider, premium features will be removed from your account.
Future updates: Premium features may be updated or expanded over time, but we don't guarantee any specific future content.
The Rules
Don't:
- Cheat or exploit bugs
- Harass other players
- Use bots or automated tools
- Try to break the game or our servers
If we catch you doing any of this, we'll ban your account. If you've purchased premium features, you'll lose access to them with no refund.
No Guarantees
The game is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll always work perfectly, and we're not liable if it breaks, loses your stats, or causes you any problems. It's a free card game with optional paid features — manage your expectations accordingly.
We can change, suspend, or shut down the service at any time without notice.
